I would hands down recommend and do business with RBC again! I love that they are family owned and operated. My only regret was not signing with them the first time I met with them. Long story short, I met with RBC before I was really ready to commit and ended up getting talked into a aluminum patio cover with a different company (which I quickly regretted after learning more about the aluminum company and got my deposit back). When I called RBC back, their sales rep come over at least half a dozen times to make sure all of my questions were 100% answered. My home came with an existing 10x20 covered patio and we wanted to extend each side across the entire house with another 10x22 and 10x25 cover. I am normally not a 'needy' person but this patio extension was a huge investment for me and I wanted to be absolutely sure I was getting what I wanted. RBC even matched my brickwork from the front of the house (from the builder) to their new back posts. In addition to the patio cover, I ran into a snafu with a concrete guy and RBC came to the rescue with their own concrete. This company is the most courtesy and professional that I have dealt with since moving to Idaho. From the salesmen with his "yes ma'am", to their family member crews' "yes ma'am"... to the framers, electricians, roofers and more, their positive attitudes and demeanors made this project actually fun! Since the completion of my extension, people drive by and comment on it and several have asked to come see it up close. I've referred multiple people and saw their team working on the house around the corner from me too! Again, hands down the most professional team who were most importantly ON TIME and when they said they would be here, they were!!! Communication was fab! I would start mentioning names but honesty every one of the RB family member crew were awesome! Thank you RBC!

We are extremely pleased with our patio. RBCONSTRUCTION was very professional and let us know every step of the way what was transpiring. Preston and his crew have a very hands-on approach and great customer service skills. As you can see the before and after pics. It really turned out amazing! Great quality and we highly recommend them for any of their construction projects. Job very well done!!

We had a patio cover extension done and they did a fantastic job. Service above and beyond, even with COVID in the picture. Spencer and Preston were easy to work with and anything I asked them to do they were happy to take care of. They typically told me before I ever got to the point to ask about any of the job. The added on patio cover looks exactly like the existing patio cover, and looks fantastic. Neighbors have nothing but good things to say about how it looks. We will definitely use them again for our next project!

We hired RBC to build us a patio cover. The building permit approval was very slow (about 10 weeks) due to overwhelming number of applicants in my county, but that was obviously not the fault of RBC. That was the only "not great" part of the process. Everything else was handled quickly, professionally and with great pride in the end result. My sales rep, Spencer, made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way and was my one point of contact the entire time. They went out of their way to cooperate with the company we hired to do the concrete work, as well. All around, great company to work with!

RBC Construction was great to work with. Preston was excellent to work with and clearly understand the process from start to finish. Permitting was simplified and easy. We built a 24x30 with reinforced concrete for a lift. We added full electrical 220, insulated, sheet-rocked, taped, textured and painted inside and out. Added a full concrete driveway, 15x30 Rv pad on the backside, and 12x32 patio off the back of the house completed the project! I have recommended RBC to several other clients who are building shops as well with Preston!

RBC extended my concrete and replaced my old worn patio cover, with beautiful simple style enclosed patio cover. I love it. They also moved my shed and installed new vinyl windows and outside trim.

RBC built a large covered deck for us and did a fantastic job. We practically live out there. It is beautiful and well built. I highly recommend them. Nick, Preston and crew were wonderful to work with and very honest.

We hired RBC to replace our roof, remove and pour a new concrete slab, and build a patio cover. They did a great job and we love the finished product. The owners of the company were quick to respond to our questions and concerns throughout the process. Our project was completed in a timely manner even with the restrictions of COVID. The team at RBC is great to work with. We wanted a patio cover (real roof) that matched the house and looked like it was built when the house was built. From the initial planning and quote phase through final walkthrough they were very responsive to our requests and were very polite throughout the entire experience. They stuck to the initial quote and we came in under budget as planned. Great company! I highly recommend RBC to anyone looking to add a patio/cover to their house.

RBC is a great company if you're looking for good quality at great rates. They can do almost anything and are sincere in their efforts to find solutions to any service needing done. I manage apartment communities and they are one of the first companies I call for bids or to discuss proper scope of work.

RBC did a great job on our patio cover. We are very pleased that the final product looks like it was built with the home, not just an add on. All of this at a very comparable cost to that aluminum stuff.

My wife and I wanted a patio cover added on to our Meridian residence. We had researched and contacted several area Contractors with very little response, most failed to even show up to provide an estimate. Our son came across an ad on Facebook for RBC so he sent them a message on our behalf. We were contacted by Preston by phone within a couple of days. We explained what we wanted and he sent Nick out the same day to meet with us. We explained to Nick what we wanted. In a few days we had a plan and a very reasonable estimate. Upon our acceptance, Nick and Preston went to work and made it happen. From start to finish the patio cover was professionally done. All RBC personnel and subcontractors were top notch. Nick did an awesome job following up and ensuring quality and completeness. We can't say enough for the work they have done and their professionalism. We love our new patio cover.

Rbc did such great job building us a beautiful patio that looks like it was built with our home. We had them come back out and build our outdoor kitchen for us as well. They were way less than our other bids, clean, fast , and professional. Definitely recommend!

Last summer my family decided to expand the patio of our house. A few weeks later they wanted a cover for the new patio. That's when we came across Reynolds Brothers Construction. These guys came in and did a very good job of it! I highly recommend their service. They even took it upon themselves to remove some metal things that we had order to install when the patio was expanded.

Had these guys build a shop, had it done in less than 30 days and love the workmanship and attention to detail

From design through completion Preston was a real professional to work with. I would definitely use RBC again.
